Welcome to the Sunny Zwilling Memorial Ice Carousel Extravaganza, better known as I.C.E. Fest! Join us for a FREE, family-friendly weekend of winter fun designed to stomp out children’s hunger, offering exciting activities for all ages and featuring world record ice carousels.

To keep everyone warm and energized, we provide a warmingtent with FREE food and beverages on site. Plus, there’s FREE onsite parking for all attendees.
Hosted annually by the Pay It Forward Foundation and the Zwilling family, I.C.E. Fest takes place each February at Green Prairie Fish Lake, located at 12636 Forest Road in Little Falls. We’re proud to have over 80 local businesses come together to support this event, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to all the sponsors and volunteers who make it possible.
Since its inception in 2018, the Pay It Forward Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, in conjunction with I.C.E. Fest,has contributed $137,000 to combat child hunger through initiatives like the Flyer Pride Pack—a weekend food backpack program—and Kare Kloset, which provides essential resources for students in need.
Our World Records
I.C.E. Fest has made its mark in the world of ice carousels with several record-setting achievements:
• 2024: Most Number of Record Holders on a Single Carousel (5 Record Holders: Finland, Maine, Quebec, Estonia, & I.C.E. Fest)
• 2023: World’s Largest Ice Carousel within a Carousel (366’ carousel inside an 820’ carousel, spinning in opposite directions)
• 2022: Guinness World Record for the Largest Ice Carousel at 1,325’ in diameter
• 2021: Large cut disk at 820’ in diameter (despite the coldest weekend in 30 years, we held the previous year’s record)
• 2020: Guinness World Record for the Largest Ice Carousel at 749’ in diameter (the first-ever record in the Guinness World Record books for this category)
• 2019: World’s Largest Ice Carousel at 508’ in diameter (first recognized by the World Ice Carousel Association)
• 2018: Ice Carousel at 366’ in diameter (the beginning of our journey)
